PSL 2027 Latest Update: Dates Confirmed
On 8 October 2026, the Pakistan Cricket Board confirmed that PSL 2027 – the 12th season of the HBL Pakistan Super League – will be played from 18 March to 2 May 2027. The window was agreed at the PSL Governing Council meeting in London on 1 September 2026, attended by all eight franchise owners. The PCB will announce the fixtures, venues and ticketing later, along with dates for player retentions, the trade window and the PSL 2027 auction.

Peshawar Zalmi won PSL 2026 by beating debutants Hyderabad Kingsmen by five wickets in the final at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore on 3 May 2026. PSL 2027 Squads & Auction
PSL 2026 introduced the first-ever PSL player auction with two-year contracts, so most squads carry over into PSL 2027. Teams can retain up to seven players, and each squad must have 16–20 players, including 5–7 overseas stars and two uncapped Under-23 players. Will PSL 2027 Clash With IPL?
IPL 2027 dates are not official yet, but reports suggest it could start in March, overlapping the PSL 2027 window. In 2026 the clash saw some overseas players leave PSL deals, so franchises are expected to plan their overseas signings carefully for PSL 12.
