PSL 2027 League Format
PSL 2026 replaced the old double round-robin with a two-group format, and PSL 2027 is expected to follow the same model. The eight teams are divided into two groups of four. Each team plays the three sides in its own group twice (6 matches) and the four teams in the other group once (4 matches) – 10 league matches per team. All eight teams then go into a single points table.

Key Playing & Squad Rules
- Squads of 16–20 players with 5–7 overseas players.
- 3 or 4 overseas players allowed in the playing XI.
- At least one uncapped Under-23 player must play in every match.
- 2 points for a win, 1 for a no-result; ties are decided by a Super Over.
- Teams level on points are separated by net run rate.
